Job Description

Your main tasks will be:

to perform BSOC engineer duties;
to control SPOC for escalation (CEO, CTO, etc.);
to be accountable for BSOC service delivery KPI's within the shift;
to be accountable for BSOC incoming information flow;
to be Accountable for a load of each person within the shift;
to be responsible for load balance of teams within the shift;
to be responsible for BSOC facility stuff (environment, workstations, etc.);
to be accountable for shift change within the shift;
to be accountable for working climate within shift - conflict handling within the shift;
to do post-mortem reporting;
to coordinate Major incident;
to be responsible for emergency situation management & coordination;
BSOC management representation in a shift;
to mentor/assistance/support within shift;
to be responsible for new service onboarding.

Requirements

university degree in Telecommunications, IT or related
knowledge of IT or Telecommunications architecture, services and maintenance
previous experience of NOC, engineer or Shiftlead role
high sense of responsibility, great communication, and organizational skills
A driven and motivated individual, interested in self-development and working in a highly skilled team
