Job Description

Do you have deep knowledge of BCBS239 and a passion for helping organizations navigate regulatory expectations with confidence?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for BCBS239 regulatory requirements and industry best practises.
  • Support assessments of current capabilities and identification of compliance gaps.
  • Advise stakeholders on regulatory expectations related to risk data aggregation, reporting, governance, and controls.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and interact confidently with senior management and key decision-makers.
  • Support preparation of materials for Steering Committees, management forums, and regulatory discussions.
  • Contribute to the development of implementation roadmaps, recommendations, and remediation plans.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to increase organizational understanding of BCBS 239 in collaboration with the Swedbank RDARR competence center.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout implementation and compliance activities for Program Lead and other members.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in BCBS 239 and Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting requirements
  • Proven experience supporting organizations in meeting regulatory expectations and supervisory requirements
  • Experience working in large-scale regulatory transformation programs
  • Experience working with regulators such as the European Central Bank (ECB) and/or Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA/Finansinspektionen).
  • Strong experience facilitating workshops and driving regulatory discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and presenting materials for Steering Committees and senior governance forums.
  • Experience developing and delivering training sessions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • High levels of internal drive and personal productivity
  • Professional proficiency in English.
