Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead BA activities end-to-end, from defining the BA approach and governance to driving discovery, requirements, and delivery support. This role acts as a senior stakeholder partner, ensuring business value and continuously improving BA ways of working.

This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

• Define and tailor the BA approach (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall), deliverables, templates, and approval gates
• Own scope definition and decomposition, document assumptions/constraints, and propose MVP aligned to value
• Plan and lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts
• Produce high-quality requirements artifacts, including epics/features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and models
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability and change request management, and perform impact analysis
• Set up BA information and quality management, including documentation structure, standards, and reviews
• Lead/coordinate UAT activities and support release readiness and post-release evaluation
• Identify and manage BA/requirements risks, and maintain risk log and mitigation actions
• Apply GenAI tools to accelerate BA work responsibly, including prompting, synthesis, and drafting, with appropriate validation and data handling
• Mentor other BAs, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support pre-sales/discovery when needed

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex digital/product delivery environments
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile practices, and BABOK techniques
• Skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and prioritization
• Excellent written/verbal communication, with confidence in executive-level reporting and presentations
• Proven ownership of ambiguity, complexity, and cross-team alignment, with a results-oriented and self-managed approach
• English B2+ (C1 preferred)

• Proficiency in SQL/data analysis, API literacy (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman), and cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure)
• Background in automation/AI initiatives (RPA, ML/GenAI, workflow automation)
• Advanced Jira/Confluence usage, including workflows, dashboards, and traceability
• IIBA CCBA/CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/SAFe BA
• UiPath BA/Automation BA or AI fundamentals
