The opportunity

As a Senior Manager in our Transactions & Corporate Finance team with focus on Valuation, you will be an important part of our diversely talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile transactions. In Valuations you will support clients in understanding the value of their business and shareholdings as well as intangible assets often in the context of a transaction, strategic/investment decision or to support a financial reporting or tax estimate. When you join our industry-leading team, you’ll be right at the heart of that challenge, working with leading business tools and methodologies to provide insights to some of the most sophisticated clients around.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in valuations, due diligence, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a Big4 firm or consulting/professional services environment is required.
  • Strong track record in valuations, financial modelling, M&A, restructuring, and exposure to complex transactions.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and sell advisory services.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and the ability to build and/or review financial models.
  • Experience in team leadership, project management, and delegation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced use leverage AI tools to enhance work quality, efficiency, and decision-making, while applying appropriate human oversight.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Appraiser license (or assistant appraiser license) would be an advantage.
  • CFA, ACCA, RICS, ASA, or a similar qualification would be an advantage.
