Senior Mechanical Engineer Riga, Latvia (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects.

• Design and implement mechanisms and auxiliary equipment required for product manufacturing.
• Develop, maintain, and verify technical documentation.
• Participate in the introduction of new products into production, as well as in research and development activities and their implementation.
• Plan work tasks and prepare technical reports.
• Contribute to planning and execution of activities aimed at improving technology and production efficiency.
• Lead small teams or projects, providing technical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Perform other duties related to core job functions as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• A good command of English is required.
