Our ultimate dream is to help 1 billion people in our lifetime and become the go-to choice in the EU and US for preventive medicine tools - both paid and freemium.

To be able to do that, we need to improve across the board, but especially in marketing. That's why we are looking for a Senior Meta Marketer to join our team.

What will you do

• Create world-class Facebook and Instagram ads that are designed to convert and scale globally, with a sharp focus on profitability.
• Manage all marketing tracking related things, implement and maintain all infrastructure needed to have exemplary visibility on all relevant events / triggers, etc.
• Unleash your creativity to create sharp to-the-point ad copy
• Report daily on your results (turnover/expenses) to management, supporting agile decision-making
• Outsourcing - planning and controlling cooperation with external services (e.g. translation services) and representing the company's interests with partners
• By the end of your second probationary month, you are expected to reach a €1,000 daily profit margin (7-day run rate) as a core performance milestone

• You have meaningful experience driving conversions on Meta.
• You've managed ad budgets of at least EUR 50,000/month.
• You can write effective ad copy.
• You can select, commission, and/or create highly performant ad creatives.
• You're analytical and data-driven.
• You're proactive, responsible, and self-reliant.
• You speak fluent English.
