You'll be the first real escalation point when things get tricky - the person who digs deeper than a password reset, actually follows a problem to its root, and leaves things better than you found them.

This is a hands-on support role with genuine scope. You'll own your tickets end-to-end, contribute to improving how we support our users, and gradually take on more infrastructure and tooling work as you grow into it. If you're someone who wonders "how could I automate this?" as often as you ask "how do I fix this?" - you'll fit right in.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Handle incidents and service requests, taking full ownership through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS endpoints
  • Support users across geographically distributed teams - clear communication matters here
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Administer M365 user accounts, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Assist with device enrolment
  • Handle user lifecycle tasks - onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning
  • Support network troubleshooting: connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN access issues
  • Assist with keeping environment up-to-date and checking monitoring dashboards
  • Escalate to the senior infrastructure team with well-documented context when needed
  • Manage IT assets and their lifecycle
  • Spot repetitive tasks and flag - or build - opportunities to automate or standardize them
  • Contribute to runbooks and internal documentation
  • Work closely with other IT Ops engineers on shared initiatives
  • Help implement, deploy and configure wide range of applications (SaaS and on-prem) and ensure compatibility with domain policies and security standards

Prasības kandidātiem

  • 2+ years in an IT support role with Level-2 exposure
  • M365 administration experience - user management, Exchange Online, Teams
  • Comfortable troubleshooting Windows in a business environment
  • Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID - user and group management
  • Working proficiency in English (our company working language)
  • Reliable, methodical, and calm under pressure - incidents happen; how you handle them matters
  • Ability to evaluate and test software solutions independently
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing best practices
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Priekšrocības

  • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (device compliance, configuration profiles)
  • Familiarity or experience with SIP/VoIP (especially VCC and 3CX) systems and network troubleshooting tools
  • Basic scripting skills - even if you're still building confidence here
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-country IT environment
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar
