We are looking for a responsible and results-oriented 

SITE MANAGER

• Organizing, supervising and controlling construction works.
• Managing, coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
• Preparing and monitoring construction schedules.
• Overseeing construction processes, quality standards and occupational safety.
• Ensuring a safe working environment on site and monitoring site activities.
• Reviewing as-built documentation.
• Conducting technical inspections of construction projects and developing solutions.

• Degree in construction, civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in construction management (preferably on projects exceeding EUR 3 million).
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies (from foundations to full finishing works).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• A Construction Practice Certificate will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of Latvian; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage for communication with colleagues in Baltic subsidiaries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
