What Will You Be Involved in and What Will You Learn During the Program?

• Participating in the entire cycle of financial statement audits: performing detailed and analytical tests, control tests, planning and summarizing the audit, and reporting.
• Developing skills in analyzing financial data using modern audit tools, which will help you understand how companies manage their finances.
• Learning to build and improve audit procedures, giving you a better understanding of internal processes within organizations.
• Gaining the ability to verify data and documents.

• Are a fresh graduate or final‑year student (preferred fields: Finance and Accounting, Economics, Financial Audit, or related fields)
• Enjoy working in a team, are well‑organized, and have a strong willingness to learn
• Have basic knowledge of accounting and finance or are just starting your journey in this field
• Are comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data
• Are fluent in Latvian and English
• Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
