Specialist Finance in Accounts Payable team

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

Main responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoice entries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create Goods Receipts for Repair and Maintenance services in accordance with company procedures.
• Support project activities through coordination and administrative assistance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of the GR/IR Account, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
• Communication with vendors, business unit colleagues and other Circle K departments;
• Performing periodical closing procedures.

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
• Self-motivated, positive, good team player;
• English language skills to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area (can be substituted with good experience in the field);

Priekšrocības

• Previous experience within accounting or finance considered as a plus;
• Previous experience with accounting systems (JDE, SAP experience will be considered as a plus).
