• Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
• Is responsible for card support and account administration;
• Manages new orders and registrations;
• Advice our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;
• Can communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues;
• Likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems;
• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;
• Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).
