Supporting candidate screening and interview coordination
Conducting first steps of the recruitment process, including phone interviews and first-round interviews
Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assisting with job advertisements and recruitment administration
Supporting onboarding and other HR coordination activities
Assisting in employer branding, internal event organization, training and communication materials
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
Professional Latvian and English language skills
A people-oriented personality who enjoys communication and teamwork
Confidence to proactively reach out to candidates and communicate by phone
Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
