WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee daily station accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely cash accounting and account closing activities.
• Monitor key controls, investigate financial discrepancies, and drive process quality, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Lead, support, and motivate the team, ensuring effective collaboration, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, communicate team status, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.

• University degree or higher education in economics or finance field.
• Strong background (2+ years) in accounting or audit field, preferably within an international work environment.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/ year-end close process.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Decision-making skills, Self-driven, pro-active, high quality focus in deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience with driving the process improvement.
• Fluent English (both written and oral) to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA.
