Our Content Moderation Team in Daugavpils office is looking for a full time Team Manager!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Motivate, inspire, coach and help team members in their self-development.
• Perform day to day administrative tasks.
• Answer questions to assist with handling of complaints.
• Keeping the team updated on individual and team performance as well as anychanges during team meetings.

Our requirements are:

• Very good Russian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Preferably 1 year working experience in a similar position.
• Pro-active approach, capable of working on own initiative.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
