Technical Car Specialist

Does the customer car have a DSG or Manual transmission? Hard or soft suspension coil springs? Your daily job will consist of supporting and informing our customers about those differences, using a semi-autonomous system.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Dealing with problematic orders by identifying customer needs and issues and helping customers to resolve the issues
• Handling of return and warranty claims
• Providing a great customer service

• Excellent technical knowledge of the automotive industry
• Good English language skills
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills

• Understanding Zendesk / 1C software’s
• Experience with handling customers
