Technical support consultant

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to support our clients and ensure smooth operation of the Syrve POS platform and related equipment.

What you will do:

• Provide technical support (Desk tickets, phone, chat, remote and onsite assistance)
• Install and configure Syrve software and POS hardware
• Set up integrations with payment systems, delivery platforms, loyalty tools
• Train clients on system features and best practices
• Document setups and work in internal ERP / Project systems

• 2+ years in Technical Support / Implementation / System Administration
• Understanding of POS or HoReCa systems is a plus
• Basic networking and Windows troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication & customer focus
• Latvian and English are required
• Russian is an advantage
