Telemarketing Sales Representative (Inbound/ Retention) work with existing Swedish customers

Job Description

  • To work with inbound leads, register and process them in the required time;
  • To Convert the leads into contracts with the highest possible conversion rate;
  • To monitor the consumption and sales of newly recruited customers to make sure that they are active;
  • To exercise agreed number of cold calls per day to bring new customers to Eden portfolio;
  • To identify and work on customer complaints and rejections in order to maximize the customer satisfaction and Customer life with Eden;
  • To work with non-active customers and activate them, also learn for the reasons of non-activeness and build a system of preventive measures;
  • To act as a customer advisor on needs if drinking water and how to choose the quality of drinking water;
  • To work with discounts in a smart way to minimize the impact on profitability;
  • To propose to the management and to implement different campaigns to attract new customers and/or retain existing customers;
  • To report agreed data accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Sales experience over the telephone;
  • Swedish language as a native language;
  • Any of the Baltics languages or Russian or English will be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Result oriented;
  • Higher education would be an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
