TERMINAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

In this role, you would gain knowledge and skills to work with fuel supply chain and terminal technical and administrative systems.

• Monitor terminal safety - alarms, security, and access controls;
• Organize and support operational tasks – ship and railway import procedures, cross-country deliveries, driver support;
• Support terminal operations in internal and external (national) systems;
• Ensure safety and quality control in daily operations;
• Ensure effective communication with other departments, stakeholders, and customers;
• Support development and automatization of different systems and markets.

• Preferably has higher education (can be in the process of acquiring) or experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Latvian and English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 schedule – day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems
• Team player mindset with analytical thinking skills and a hands-on approach
• Detail oriented and self-driven personality
