Training Specialist

We are looking for a Training Manager to lead and coordinate UAV operator training, develop and improve training materials, and ensure high-quality training delivery. The ideal candidate has practical experience in UAV operations, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel internationally as required.

• Deliver customer training courses domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, materials, equipment, and aircraft.
• Maintain and improve training documentation, presentations, manuals, and lesson plans.
• Evaluate customer feedback and recommend training improvements.
• Support the development of new training courses and products.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Provide technical guidance to UAV operators during training and qualification.
• Ensure consistent training standards and support departmental objectives.

• Experience as a UAV Operator-Instructor or in a similar operational role.
• Strong understanding of UAV operations, flight procedures, systems, and safety practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours when required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required travel documentation and customer site access permissions.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer training, technical instruction, or training material development is an advantage.
• Experience working with military, government, or commercial UAV customers, as well as leadership or mentoring experience, is preferred.
