- Learn and apply the bank’s operational
processes and services
- Process financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Work in an international team, collaborating
closely with colleagues in Norway
- Participate in process improvements, helping to make banking services simpler and more efficient for both customers and colleagues

Requirements

- Fluent English and willingness to learn Norwegian*
- Higher education or relevant additional education
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles within banking or the financial sector
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with large data volumes, and good collaboration skills
