Your responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply the bank’s operational processes and services
  • Process financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
  • Work in an international team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Norway
  • Participate in process improvements, helping to make banking services simpler and more efficient for both customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Fluent English and willingness to learn Norwegian*
  • Higher education or relevant additional education
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles within banking or the financial sector
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work with large data volumes, and good collaboration skills
