Warehouse Team Leader in Germany

Work schedule: 6:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30, 22:00–6:30

Work location: Leipzig/Halle Airport

• Good written and spoken English skills (for security training and daily work);
• A clean criminal record certificate (required to obtain permission to work at the airport);
• Airport work permit (the process takes 6–8 weeks; we will help you arrange it);
• Experience operating a forklift or a valid forklift certificate;
• Previous team leadership experience. 

• Organizing the work of a team of 3–5 warehouse employees and assigning daily tasks;
• Training new team members and helping them integrate into the work processes;
• Ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality team performance;
• Performing other daily warehouse tasks together with the team when required;
• Handling detained cargo and shipments responsibly;
• Transporting and positioning pallets in designated storage areas;
• Scanning shipments, breaking down and assembling pallets.
