After-Sales Performance Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and proactive After-Sales Performance Analyst to join our central Product Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing after-sales performance across multiple markets, developing reporting solutions, and supporting operational and strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and enjoys working in a dynamic international organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze After-Sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable business insights
• Support decision-making processes through data analysis and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with After-Sales teams across multiple countries to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal reporting systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting processes and analytical tools
• Support and train colleagues in the effective use of reporting systems and performance metrics

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Data Connections
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and business-oriented manner
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with performance analysis, business reporting, or business intelligence is considered an advantage
