Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Administrator who will be responsible for the daily administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 ERP system. This role ensures system performance, manages user access, supports business processes, and works with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support users with system questions, training, and problem resolution
• Coordinate system updates, testing, and enhancements
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Work with business teams to improve ERP processes and functionality

• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and system support
• Knowledge of user security, troubleshooting, and system configuration
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
