Account Manager (German speaking)

• Work closely with existing customers mainly in Europe and to understand their needs and expand packaging products portfolio
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues and by broadening cooperation scope and geography
• Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling products and services
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs and offering solutions that meet their requirements
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and products
• Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to promote our products and services

• Professional English, German and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage*
• At least 2 years experience a similar position with international clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of the European market and business culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
