Your responsibilities:
✨ Achieving sales and operational goals through proper planning.
✨ Managing the team: recruiting, developing, motivating and training employees.
✨ Ensuring product displays follow VM guidelines.
✨ Reporting sales and goal achievements.
✨ Responding to customer needs.
✨ Working with own and licensed brands from the CCC portfolio including Gino Rossi, Lasocki, Hunter, Nine West and more.
✨ Looking for improvements and optimizations in daily store operations.
