Your responsibilities:
✨ Achieving sales and operational goals through proper planning
✨ Managing the team: recruiting, developing, motivating and training employees
✨ Ensuring product displays follow VM guidelines
✨ Reporting sales and goal achievements
✨ Responding to customer needs
✨ Working with own and licensed brands from the CCC portfolio including Gino Rossi, Lasocki, Hunter, Nine West and more
✨ Looking for improvements and optimizations in daily store operations
