CRM Administrator

As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will own our Customer Relationship Management system, ZOHO CRM. Working diligently, you find connections and patters — and resolve inconsistencies. Your strong administrative background and organisational skills are key when you develop workflows, supported by automation. You have the stamina needed for repetitive work, approaching each task methodically and with an eye for detail.

Almost every parcel and package despatched today has travelled along a Caljan Telescopic Conveyor at some point in the handling process. Our Individual Labelling Solutions, Automatic Document Handling and Depot Automation Solutions make sure the right items are in the right place — at the right time.

For more than half a century, we’ve helped parcel carriers, retailers and manufacturers around the world handle loose-loaded cargo efficiently.

 

As the result of steady organic growth, a new state-of-the-art production/office facility was opened in Latvia last year.

 

Prime responsibilities:

  • Maintain marketing and sales tools, including CRM, DAM and Analytics (and other related tools). Data in these databases must be clean and accurate at all times.
  • Maintain and develop dashboards, preparing reports when necessary.
  • Provide insight on collected data, ensuring it can be used as basis for decision making, e.g. pipeline data, retention rates, expansion revenue.
  • Work with Macros if the need arises.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of events, such as webinars and trade shows.
  • Support the marketing team with campaign management, e.g. segmentation, behaviour analysis.
  • Research market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
  • Lead prospecting.
  •  


Requirements

Experience:

  • Data management & analysis.
  • Comfortable working with database configuration.
  • Excel super user — with an understanding of macros.
  • Knowledge of good practice in planned work schedule delivery.
  • Capable of collecting, culling, and consolidating data for analysis.
  • Able to understand key business parameters, so you can provide relevant data.
  • Able to communicate accurately and timely.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate.
  • Able to think inside the box, digging deep to find answers.
  • Deliver high quality support to colleagues throughout the business.
  • Fluent (written and oral) in English and Latvian. In the Marketing department alone, there are three different nationalities, so English will be your working language.
