Job Description


  • Formation of the Company's marketing strategy and development strategy for the Company's network brands.
  • Supervision of regular customer research and CVP adjustment.
  • Creation, launch and development of new Private Brands (Private Labels).
  • Adjustment of the current loyalty systems for each network separately; adjustment of the development strategy for own Mobile Apps.
  • Improvement of communication channels (ATL, BTL, media) with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Formation of the structure and functions of the marketing department / formation and control over the marketing budget.
  • Management of the marketing department and the pool of contractors.


Our expectations:

  • At least 6 years of working experience as a head of marketing department in a large / medium FMCG company.
