Head of Baltic Markets

We are looking for a motivated Head of Baltic Markets whose main responsibility is to find new retail partners in Latvian and Lithuanian markets. In this role you will represent our partners’ brands, expand the sales network and build long-term relationships with retail partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach and onboard new retail partners across Latvian and Lithuanian markets, with a strong focus on expanding distribution
• Develop new business opportunities with retail chains and independent stores
• Present products professionally and introduce suitable assortments to potential partners
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
• Support retail partners with product knowledge, merchandising guidance and in-store visibility recommendations
• Advising retailers on product supply requirements
• Conduct regular store visits to support sales development and gather feedback
• Collect market insights, monitor competitor activity and report findings

Requirements:

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Very good command of Latvian or Lithuanian
• Good understanding of the local retail and wholesale market and customer behavior
• Proven experience in B2B sales, wholesale, retail account management or merchandising will be concidered as an advantage
• Ability to identify and approach new retail clients
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
• Confident user of MS Office programs
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different product categories, with a strong desire for continuous professional development
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
