Darba apraksts

  • Communicating with customers by email and online.
  • Building a rapport with customers to help them with various enquiries.
  • Discussing new products and managing multiple tasks to promptly resolve customerqueries.
  • Helping marketing and retail teams to further improve customer service.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience working for online store or in call center is a plus.
  • Good computer skillsOrganized, accurate and professional attitude.
  • Possibilityn to work from home using your own PC, headphones, internet connection.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks withinrequired deadlines.
  • Fluent Latvian and English, both verbally and in writing.
