Junior Sales Representative

The leading recruitment and staff leasing company in the Baltics invites a junior sales representative to join the team!

• get to know industry leaders by making new contacts between company representatives;
• responsive and friendly team;
• an office in the center of Riga with paid parking;
• necessary training and exchange of experience with Lithuanian and Estonian colleagues;
• salary from 2100 to 2800 EUR (gross) per month.  

• work experience in sales, customer service, or similar industry;
• willingness to learn and grow within the company;
• fluent in Latvian, with the ability to effectively communicate in English and Russian languages; 
• charismatic communication skills;
• positive and courageous personality;
• higher education in communications, humanities, or business management programmes.

• cold calls to potential clients;
• communication and meetings with clients;
• creating presentations for clients;
• work in the CRM system.
