Latvian - Speaking Customer Support Consultants in Tallinn

• Your responsibilities will mainly include helping customers, of one of the leading online fashion platform, over the phone, email and live chat.
• You will help customers to solve the issues with orders, deliveries/ returns, payments and accounts.

• You will need to have excellent Latvian and good English skills, customer-oriented approach, polite and friendly communication manner.
