Digital Marketing Leader Needed in Latvia

We are expanding on the Medifum e-shop platform (https://medifum.com/) into new markets, and looking for an SEO/Digital Marketing expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Latvian language (spoken and written)
  • English (fluent business language)
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in AdWords, WordPress
  • Capable to create/design visual marketing content

  • Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
  • Create and upload copy and images for the Company website
  • Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
  • Design website banners and assist with web visuals
  • Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
