Job Description
For a discerning customer in the Zug / Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced and multitasking household manager lady immediately or by appointment.
Requirements
- Liaise and Supervise the housekeeping team and 3rd parties
- Organize and plan the team and its daily task
- Hands-on support of the team
- Be responsible of the cleaning and maintenance of several residential properties in exclusive households
- Mastering the proper textile care of a sophisticated wardrobe
- Organize wardrobe and cabinets and keep them in order
- Prepare meals, make purchases and run errands
- Answering the door and receiving goods
- Prepare and control apartments for the arrival of the customer
- Occasional care of the dog
- Maintain plants inside and outside
- Close communication and coordination with the Personal Assistant office
Qualification:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position in private households
- Fluent in German and (or) English, good additional knowledge in French or Italian preferred.
- Work independently and structured
- Excellent knowledge in the care of demanding materials and laundry skills
- Very good food knowledge
- Friendly, nice, very discreet and conscientious personality
- Good and keen perception
- Own car is required
- Animal lover
