Darba apraksts

  • Responsible for the development of production processes and production tools
  • The aim of the position is to implement the most suitable programs and most effective processes to accounting and payroll service production and keep development continuing
  • The position is based in Leinonen Latvia, but development projects will be mainly Baltic level.
  • Project management of development projects
  • Prepare project proposals and develop a project plan, schedule, and budget
  • Production processes development (Automatization and digitalization, Data flows, document circulation-OCR, robotics, joint ventures, Archiving)
  • Selecting and developing programs used in production in cooperation with Group HQ
  • Production quality
  • Systematic improvement of efficiency
  • Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner- 

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Strong project management skills in a multinational environment
  • Background in process improvement both on the technical and cultural side
  • Experience in multi-client accounting and payroll processes and software
  • Experience in document circulation; good knowledge of de-archiving solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
  • Self-starter, active, hands-on person
