You will:
As a Regional Visual Merchandiser for Baltics, you will shape how our brand comes to life in stores across your region. You will turn trends and guidelines into real, eye-catching presentations that inspire customers and drive sales. It is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines creativity, organization and leadership - no two days are the same.
- Visit stores regularly and make sure every display tells a story and highlights the newest collections.
- Create arrangements and concepts that set the standard for VM instructions in your region.
- Support new store openings and seasonal changes.
- Train, motivate and guide store teams to deliver the highest visual standards.
- Analyze sales data and adjust visual presentation to support performance.
Who You are
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in retail or fashion (VM experience is a big plus).
- Are passionate about trends, style and visual storytelling.
- Have strong communication and people skills, you enjoy training and inspiring others.
- Are organized, independent and comfortable managing several priorities.
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Hold a valid driving license (B category) and enjoy working on the move.
