Russian speaking Customer Support Specialists

Duties:

• Helping clients to solve their daily request via live chat and email.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Assist in training Junior Customer Support Representatives. 

• Fluent in Russian and English language (any additional language counted as priority).
• You have highly developed client management skills.
• Able to work under the pressure.
