Sales Supporter

We are searching for a qualified Sales Supporter with engineering background who will be an important link between our Sales Channels and the rest of our organization from R&D/Engineering to manufacturing and logistics. The Sales Supporter will work closely with the two Sales Supporters located in Denmark and a colleague in Latvia. Sales Supporter should have the ability to clarify relevant information with our Sales Channels to understand the customers’ needs and challenges and transfer them into optimal solutions.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Process of customer inquiries and come up with solutions for customers’ needs;

Provide equipment layout drawings in 2D and 3 D for sales colleges and customers;

Coordinate delivery times from logistics & manufacturing to colleges in sales teams;

Being capable to verify electrical compatibility between Caljan’s and customers equipment;

Examine & suggest exchange signal design between Caljan conveyor products and customers systems;

Make sure that orders are handled in efficient time scales; include all scope of information available from Customer in timely manner pass it to Designers & Project engineers;

Validate and prepare all necessary clarification of - technical solutions, layouts, costs and delivery are included in quoting process;

Ensure that precise handover of customer orders are completed with maximal information available to appointed Project Engineer/s;

Maintain Caljan’s equipment layout templates and ensuring they are for used in the sales phases;

Create and maintain supporting documents such a: load tables, hydraulic stroke calculations etc.;

Update the sales database with sales tools;

Maintain the knowledge bank system in the sales support database;
