SEO Lead

Our fast-growing marketing team at TRODO is searching for a seasoned SEO specialist to create and execute our strategy for markets in Scandinavia, the Baltics and Western Europe.
If you are an experienced professional who can demonstrate strategic thinking, ambitious and keen to take responsibility, we would like to hear from you. Previous experience in international SEO for a sizeable eCommerce company managing a large stock will be considered an advantage for this position.

• Increasing traffic to our sites from Google, Bing and other search engines
• Creating and implementing SEO strategy for eCommerce
• Effective resource management (team, partners and technical) to help us with achieving our goals
• Technical SEO audits and optimisation
• Internal and external optimisation
• Data analysis and reports
• Market and keyword research. Good knowledge in our target audience and competitors SEO activities
• Working closely with colleagues from IT, product management, digital and content marketing teams

• Higher education
• Competitive knowledge in all areas of SEO, e.g. marketing (technical SEO, on-site and content optimisation, URL structuring etc.)
• Systematic and analytical thinking. Data-driven decision making
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in SEO
• Professional knowledge in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.)
• Thirst for innovations and experimenting
• Genuine interest in constant professional development, and you follow the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO and technology
• Understanding in paid advertising and its correlation with SEO
• Excellent English language skills
