Service Desk Specialist

• Processing customer requests for BIS system (register all requests, passing to appropriate specialist, track the progress of solving).
• Solving the certain types of requests.
• Follow up lifecycle of requests and inform customer on demand.
• Informing customers on different issues.

• Good Latvian language skills (both spoken & written).
• Preferably English language skills.
• Good communication skills, initiative and positive attitude.
• Eillingness to learn and share the knowledge.
• Good computer skills.
