Winmill is a sports technology startup that develops robotic training tools for sports skill development with our current product portfolio in ice hockey and baseball. We have been working with top level ice hockey clubs and academies in Europe and are currently starting to do the same in baseball.
In order to expand our operation and develop new solutions for our customers we are searching for Software Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and plan software development process in collaboration with other engineers and management team.
- Work on embedded software development and code optimization for our products in C++ environment.
- Architect and lead development for remote access capabilities for our products.
- Develop gamification and entertainment interface and backend logic that runs connected with our hardware training devices.
- Work closely with mechanics and electronics departments to implement and test developed solutions.
Prasības kandidātiem
Qualifications:
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++.
- Experience working with cloud computing/data management/networking systems.
- Experience in team lead or senior software developer role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Latvian and English).
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues from other departments.
- Experience with embedded programming will be considered a plus.
