Travel Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Booking Manager to join our international team. This is a freelance role combining operational responsibilities (bookings and supplier coordination) with client-facing tasks (calls, presentations, proposal follow-up). You will help manage existing accounts and engage with new B2B clients in target markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings: hotels, transfers, guides, restaurants, and activities
• Coordinate with suppliers across Scandinavia and ensure service quality
• Prepare and update itineraries, confirmations, and service documents
• Communicate directly with clients via email and video calls
• Conduct online presentations and support sales meetings with partners
• Follow up on proposals, respond to inquiries, and assist with closing deals
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients
• Keep records updated in CRM or internal databases

• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry (DMC, tour operator, travel agency, hotel, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Scandinavian destinations and travel logistics
• Confidence in video calls and client-facing communication
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with booking tools, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
• A reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within Scandinavia
