Job Description

  • Ensure payment handling process being compliant with internal Company’s rules and local legislation.
  • Finance data collection from all branches to be presented into finance reports.
  • Control of finance related document accuracy.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports with the help of Senior Colleagues.
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
  • Reconciling bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
  • Summarizing data in Excel spreadsheets and reconciling to other system records.
  • Other finance related ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree or Degree in process in Finance or Economics.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Express).
  • Mandatory deep knowledge of Excel - formulas (including creation of formulas), Pivot tables, etc.
  • Ability to work with large data volume turnover.
  • Serious attitude towards work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team member, communicability.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian and Latvian languages.
  • Previous experience in the similar role of at least 3 years.
  • Good analytical skills, ability to work with numbers.
