ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client is a perspective startup with an office located in Riga, working with online payments is currently looking for a skillful Account manager. Company provides financial solutions for clients - online payment systems and banks.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• online customer support;
• cooperation with another online platform representatives;
• helping customers with integration to our gateway and payment system;
• attracting new customers.

• bachelor's degree in economics or business administration (MBA advantage);
• 2+ years’ experience in an online payment/bank (is an advantage);
• experience in technical/customer support and/or online payment/bank processing (is an advantage);
• strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills;
• advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, Slack and Trello are basics;
• good command of spoken and written English;
• ability to quickly learn new features and adapt to innovations.

Working conditions:

• working hours from 09:00 - 18:00;
