Darba apraksts

  • Building and improving the long-term relationship and customer experience with Clients
  • Supervising and coaching the colleagues in Accounting Team
  • Human resources planning
  • Evaluating, developing and improving internal procedures, following and increasing accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting external activities with professional insights and suggestions regards to tendencies within the accounting segment
  • Active involvement in more complex accounting issues
  • Support with larger and more complicated clients onboarding
  • Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry
  • Ensuring all actual policies and procedures are followed with accuracy
  • Cooperation with the company Management team

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or ACCA is preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with a part of it being in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
  • Strong people management skills, solution and development-oriented, problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of accounting programs (e.g. Navision and others)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Latvian and English is mandatory, other languages are seen as an advantage
  • Customer service mindset
