What this job involves?

  • Active search for trading partners: calls, visits to potential partners, relationship management.
  • Negotiations, signing agreements with trading partners.
  • Setting sales targets for partners and supporting them in achieving targets.
  • Communication regarding operations with trading partners on daily basis: providing assistance through company‘s internal systems and tools,
    onboarding.
  • Constant improvement of operations and pro cesses of the newly created sales unit.

Requirements

You are and You have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in direct sales/worker experience as product manager/sales manager in trading company.
  • You set yourself ambitious goals and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytic and proactive mindset and result oriented.
  • English is a must (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian gives you an advantage.
  • Have a driver‘s licence and are a true sales person at heart - we are waiting for you to apply!
  • University degree or higher education.

Salary: 1833 EUR (bruto) with real possibilities to earn more depending on
