Car washer (night shift)

We're hiring car washers to earn extra money on our late shift in Riga.

FleetFox is a platform specializing in mobile car washing services. We bring the service to our customer's doorstep, saving them hours of time. FleetFox Washers are independent contractors who are also responsible for the quality of their work.

HOW DOES THE JOB LOOK LIKE?

• The shift starts between 8 PM - 10 PM. You can work until 6 AM, or until all the dirty cars run out.
• You will see all your shift details in your FleetFox App.
• No personal car is needed. You can start your shift by navigating the first dirty car near your home.
• Drive the dirty car to one of our carwash places.
• Perform interior & exterior washing.
• Locate the next dirty car in your app.
• Repeat.

FleetFox welcomes to its team all women and men over the age of 20 who:

• Are punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Have a valid EU / Latvian driver's license (B-category)
• Basic English OR Latvian skills so that our support team could assist you when necessary.
• Have 2+ years of driving experience.

NB: You DON'T NEED A PERSONAL CAR to work our night shift.

• The more you do, the more you earn: Beginners earn from 6.3 €/h and up (160 h = 1 010 € ) and up for each work-minute spent on washing the cars and transporting the customer's vehicles. The more time you've been a FleetFox, the higher your hourly rate gets (experienced FleetFoxes make +25% more). Earn extra bonuses for good quality + working more hours.
• Flexible schedule: Work full-time or part-time. You choose your own shifts and the lengths of your shifts for every month. The minimum requirement is 12 shifts per month, but there is no upper limit.
• No personal costs: No need for a personal car, licenses, etc. You earn the full amount without any hidden fees or costs.
• Free training and gear: No previous work experience is required. All candidates will undergo professional training, during which we will teach you everything you need to know about the art of carwashing.
