Job Description

  • Providing efficient accounting services in full compliance with local legislation (full scale bookkeeping).
  • Financial reporting, P&L.
  • Finance, taxation, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
  • Accounting and tax accounting including maintenance of the primary documents.
  • Interaction with tax authorities, including reconciliation of taxes and duties.
  • Tax planning and optimization.
  • Leading preparation of the schedule of document circulation, control of execution.
  • Management of inventory, movement of goods in 1C.
  • Data collection and reporting for management accounting, preparation of proposals for cost optimization, business management and staff on various financial, accounting and tax issues.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Being the local controller.
  • Responsible for local controlling (procedures, actuals vs. budget etc.).
  • Actively support growing business.

    • Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, wholesale business is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and local legislation.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented.
  • A team player.
