Cladder/Facade worker

The main role of a cladder is to install and maintain the exterior surfaces of a building, which could include metal, glass, stone, orother materials. The cladder must be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the best materials and methods for the project.

Cladding is the application of one material over another to provide a skin or layer. In construction, cladding is used to provide a degree of thermal insulation and weatherresistance, and to improve the appearance of buildings.

• Experience in cladding installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required.
